COVID-19 information

The COVID-19 vaccination program is currently being rolled out across the country. To find out if you're eligible to receive the vaccine, and where you can get it, check out the Australian Government Vaccine Eligibility Checker.

Each Vaccine Clinic has their own individual system for how they're providing the vaccine. In general, what you'll need to take to your appointment is:

  1. Completed Consent Form
  2. Your Medicare Card and Photo ID (if you have this); and
  3. A detailed medical history.

We recommend that you discuss this in further detail with the Vaccine Clinic at the time you make the appointment.

For further information, check out the Australian Health Department website and the COVID-19 Vaccinations update page here. See the "COVID-19 vaccines - is it true?" page for helpful information about common concerns and queries relating to the vaccine program.
