Darryl was appointed to the board of National Seniors Australia Ltd (National Seniors) on the 24th of November, 2014. He is also a Director of Over Fifty Insurance Pty Ltd and is a member of the National Seniors Audit, Risk and Finance Committee. With Darryl’s career spanning 40 years in the general insurance industry, retiring as the Queensland State Manager for Allianz Australia Limited, he has played a significant role from an governance perspective in overseeing the National Seniors Insurance and Over Fifty Insurance businesses. He plays an active role in supporting community activities and has also served in Vietnam as a national serviceman.
