With over 60 years of experience, RMBL is one of Australia’s leading Mortgage Funds. The Fund offers a select mortgage investment in Loans secured by first registered mortgages. With an initial investment as low as $10,000, you gain control over your investment, benefitting from strong risk adjusted returns and no fees. Our current interest rates (variable) ranges from 8.50% to 10.00% p.a.
1. Application
• Submit application form (online, email or post)
• Provide appropriate identification documentation
• Deposit funds (EFT, direct debit, cheque)
2. Loan (s) Offer
• Funds are held in Trust awaiting allocation to Loan(s)
• RMBL will provide with details of Loan(s) by way of a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS)
• We will require your consent to specific Loan(s) offered
3. Investment
• Once consent is received, Funds are invested in specific Loan(s)
4. Interest
• Interest commences from the date of investment in the specific Loan(s)
• Interest is charged monthly to Borrowers on or around the 16th day of the month
• Interest is remitted to investors on or around the 22nd day of the month
• Investors can choose to reinvest their interest

What is select mortgage funds?
Mortgage Funds are investment vehicles where Investors’ capital is used to finance property loans. These Loans are typically secured by mortgages over the properties, providing a level of security for Investors.
What is the minimum investment amount?
Investors can start investing in the Fund with as little as $10,000.
When do I start earning interest?
You will earn interest when your funds are invested in a Loan(s) unless otherwise disclosed in the SPDS.

Furthermore, RMBL’s Select Mortgage Fund only funds Loans under first mortgage terms with conservative Loan to valuation ratios (LVRs). Investment in a specific Loan is subject to availability. Funds for investment can only be accepted by completing the Investment Application and consent is required for investment into a specific Loan.
