First Wednesday of the month at 10am

About our branch

We meet at 10 am at Flinders Park community Centre on the first Wednesday of each month. The community centre is situated in Broadbeach Boulevard, Hillarys. New members are always welcome and there is no commitment to join on the first visit. However there is a $5 entry which assists us in catering for morning tea. Anyone over the age of 55 is most welcome. Our meetings are very interesting, with a short general meeting when information is distributed. Followed by a lovely morning tea. At 11am we always have an interesting and informative guest speaker.
Some members then follow up with lunch at a cafe.

Throughout the year we also have afternoons where we meet at a local theatre and view the recent movie followed by coffee. All the details of the upcoming events are in the monthly newsletters.
